Main Tasks

  1. Formulating scientific and academic policies and directions, and monitoring their implementation and evaluating their results.
  2. Supervising and coordinating with the scientific and academic departments and units affiliated with the Assistant.
  3. Monitoring the development of academic programs, graduate studies, scientific research, innovation, and international publishing.
  4. Monitoring academic and scientific performance indicators, accreditations, and rankings, and taking necessary improvement measures.
  5. Supervising the development of academic services and affairs, and enhancing the student experience and their success.
  6. Strengthening academic, research, and cultural partnerships locally and internationally, and supporting scientific exchange.
  7. Utilizing data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to support scientific decision-making, and submitting reports and recommendations to the University President and the University Council.
