Objectives

- To enhance the university’s social responsibility and direct academic knowledge and expertise toward serving the community.
- To develop community and volunteer programs and initiatives, and to encourage student and staff participation.
- To build effective partnerships with community institutions to implement programs and projects with social and developmental impact.
- To measure the social impact of university activities and document practices and initiatives that have a sustainable effect.
Main Tasks
- Disseminating a culture of human rights, justice, equality, and human dignity through awareness programs and activities.
- Conducting seminars, workshops, and training programs related to human rights and social responsibility.
- Preparing and executing service and volunteer initiatives, projects, and activities that address community needs.
- Promoting student and staff involvement in volunteer work and community service, and cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Building partnerships with government and community institutions, civil society organizations, and relevant entities.
- Monitoring and documenting community and volunteer activities, and measuring their results and impact.
- Preparing reports and indicators regarding human rights and community service, and submitting recommendations to improve performance.
